The Spaulding Family at its 2002 Reunion authorized the establishment of a For-Profit, Business Corporation to serve as a vehicle through which the family could conduct its profit-making activities. This legal entity has been created.

Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Secretary of State of North Carolina on February 18, 2003. We requested that the Corporation have an effective date of beginning of March 1, 2003. This request was granted.

The name of the business corporation is: The Benjamin & Edith Spaulding Descendants Association, Inc. Our family member, Ralph K. Frasier, Jr. is the registered agent for the new entity.
